So, you say you want to build a fence because good fences make good neighbors. Well, if you build a fence in a natural highway because you can and bar anyone from arguing against you by changing the laws, is that security or bloody-minded arrogance?
As we move closer and closer to a military rule state under the auspices of homeland security, I find each new arrogance more and more grating. You do not have the right to stifle my free speech. You do not have the right to tell me where I can and cannot go in a free country. You do not have the right to restrict free assembly at your whim.
