Book Review: The Dilbert Principle

The Dilbert Principle: A Cubicle’s Eye View of Bosses, Meetings, Management Fads & Other Workplace Afflictions by Scott Adams
Honestly, this is my fourth time through this book and it’s just as good this time as the others. I highly reccomend it to anyone in the business world, because it skewers all of the idiocies of the working world. There is outright sarcasm mixed in with real world examples. If management would take a serious look at their policies and behaviors, then there wouldn’t be nearly as much fodder for the Dilbert books. The frightening part is that employees recognize themselves in the Dilbert books, but management never does.
