Movie Review: The Hidden

The Hidden is a sci-fi movie that refers to itself as tongue-in-cheek. It’s very 80’s, filled with all the cliches from cocaine and boom-boxes to strip clubs and fast cars. There’s a alien transfering from body to body on a killing spree. FBI Agent Lloyd Gallagher shows up to find him. He’s working with a police captain (the head of Homicide). Will he suceed in bringing down this killer?
There’s a wonderful feeling under this movie too. It’s full of regrets and family emotion. It’s all about priorities. Family, duty, responsibilities, versus “I want it.” The acting is better than one should expect. And I spent half of the movie spotting actors I knew from other things.
You can get it from Netflix.
