Oven Pork Chops with Thyme Scented Mushrooms (Cooking in Sens) — Oh my! Something everyone in the house can eat and no need for substitutions! Wonderful.

[apple cider & bourbon cake w. pumpkin seed brittle & homemade whipped cream] (Sweet Caroline’s Cooking) — pumpkin seed brittle! ‘nough said. I’m in.

Cinnamon Pecan Toffee Cookies (Food Babbles) — These sound not only delicious, but simple. And they’ll use the pecan bits I’ve got in the freezer that are too small for the praline cookies I make.

Fennel and Maple Breakfast Sausage (My Daily Morsel) — These look too good. I must make some immediately.
