White Peach Crumb Tart (Vanilla Sugar Blog) – Looks simple and without a lot of things I’ll need to substitute. There’s even a video on how to do the pastry.

Roasted Plum and Ricotta Breakfast Bruschetta (Strawberry Plum) – Oh, nom, nom. This looks good. However, it won’t be for breakfast. I don’t have the patience to do this in the morning. Afternoon or dessert maybe.

Blueberry Peach Tart (Food Babbles) – Oh yes, I’ll have to do this. Hmm… we have some frozen peaches, wonder if those will work.

Roasted Apricot Honey Ice CreamI’ll have to modify this a bit, (such are the joys of food allergies) but goodness, it looks decadent.

Gingered Mulberry-Orange Crumble with Pecan Crunch (Foxes Love Lemons) – This looks wonderful. Absolutely wonderful, and deserving of a dribble of real cream.
