SWEET POTATO PIE TIRAMISU (Grandbaby Cakes) — This has possibly enough flavor to cover the sweet potato taste, but I’m not sure.

Broccoli Rabe, Italian Sausage & Ricotta Pizza (Strawberry Plum) — Yummy! I need to make this for myself now that I’ve found sheep ricotta.

Salt And Pepper Crackers (Elana’s Pantry) — Salty foods are my favorites. And crunchy is always nice.

PORK RIB STEW WITH BEANS, TOMATOES AND SPINACH (The Endless Meal) — Long and slow cook means really great meat. This looks like a nice sturdy meal.

Quinoa Salad with Berries and Watermelon (Gluten Free Goddess) — I don’t like watermelon, but I am going to try this with cantelope instead. Once the season rolls around again.

Gluten-Free Peach Crisp Recipe (Gluten Free Goddess) — I think I might have highlighted this one before, but it deserves it. Time to start planning ahead for spring, given that it’s the middle of winter still.

ferrero rocher cake recipe (Mom’s Dish) — Have you ever heard of binge foods? Those foods that once you start eating them, you’ll eat the whole thing, compulsively, because it’s there and you can’t stop yourself? Is that just me? This, this is a binge food. Full stop. I cannot make this unless I have a bunch of people coming over.

Lamb Bolognese Sauce with Peas & Mint (Strawberry Plum) — This looks awesome. It cooks forever, but it looks like a quick prep time.

Mongolian Beef (Ang Sarap) — I will try this one with lamb instead of beef. It looks wonderful. Oh, and sesame oil instead of peanut oil. Did I mention those pesky allergies ever? *bats lashes innocently*

Butterscotch Caramel Peach Cobbler (Parsley Sage and Sweet) — This is not something I’ve seen before and looks like something my friends would love.
